Summary | 0009553: Ardour does not sanitize non-UTF-8 characters when importing MIDI
Description | A Reason project file had a unicode control character (U+0100) in one of the mixer channel names. I exported this project as a MIDI file to re-do the project in Ardour. I get multiple XML errors when re-opening the Ardour project. Bug is similar to 0009317, but it seems a MIDI import can sidestep this.
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Import the attached MIDI file. 2. Save the project 3. Close Ardour 4. Re-open the project.
Additional Information | Ardour rev 8.1-134-g3355e753bf
