Summary	0008112: Loop context menu choice does not Loop - it does Play continuous in rc1.298
Description	When Loop markers ARE set on a region, the context menu choice "Loop" starts a continuous play. Loop works properly on Hotkey "L", but not from context menu. Works properly in rc1.251
Steps To Reproduce	select a region, either MIDI or audio right click for context menu click Loop It doesn't Loop
