| Description | Trying out Ardour-6.0.pre1.78 and Ardour-6.0.pre1.92 nightly builds quickly Some U-he plugin segfaults Ardour instead of showing their native Gui Seg faults: ZebraHZ-9724, Repro1-9669, Repro5-9669 (Repro1 and Repro5 is technically the same linvst binary) Works ok: Diva-9775, ColourCopy-9775,Hive-9775,Presswerk-9775,Zebra2-9775,Satin-9775, the seg faulting linVSTs above works fine in Carla on the same machine Ubuntu studio 19.10 on a Intel PC (Thinkpad T540p) kernel | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Try the (at the time of writing) latest U-he plugins and some will not load the gui but kill Ardour The same behavior seems to happen under Ardour 5.12 (Ubuntu Studio package) on the same machine so it doesn't seem to be any worse than in 5.12 Maybe this is an Ubuntu Studio issue.. | ||||
