Summary	0007943: Time stretching audio produces an audio region of the wrong length
Description	Something goes wrong in the time stretching of audio regions with Stretch mode, where the length of the audio region ends up being just below what the snap setting & visual suggests when you release the mouse button.
Steps To Reproduce	1) Import an audio clip 2) Stretch the region to a specific bar length using Stretch Mode 3) Observe the region is a bit below the length you specified with your mouse
