Summary | 0007384: Crashes
Description | I have had like more than five, maybe ten(!!) crashes today for some reason with the 5.9. Witch are really Annoying, of course. The crash recovery, however, Did work sufficient. One other Really Disturbing thing is that "The Ol' short commands; [Ctr][C], [Ctr][V] does Not work with this version?? The marked area just vanish, so I had to mark a range and duplicate the range I want to copy, and then move it to where I want it! Strange and sadly! I hope this is a bug and not a new, permanent behavior?
Additional Information | (I have this version of Ardour installed on an AMD Quad Core, 3.9 GHz and 8 RAM and a SDD disk as working disk + Lots of HD space elsewhere) Otherwise I am Very Pleased to have discovered this Fine Program and that it is available for the Windows Platform! Many, Many Thanx to all contributors!

This issue contains very little information as to how to reproduce the issues described, and is thus of very little value to the developers. |
|
Ctrl+c, Ctrl+v time-range copy paste should work (again) in 5.10 see https://ardour.org/whatsnew.html As for the crashes, either a recipe how to produce a crash or a backtrace https://ardour.org/debugging_ardour would be needed. |
