Summary	0007218: VCA buttons mess up vertical alignment of fader & pan in mixer window
Description	If all VCAs in a session are hidden, the '-VCAs-' button below each channel's fader is also hidden for tracks/buses which are not assigned to any VCA, but the button remains visible for tracks/buses assigned to one or more VCAs, messing up the vertical alignment of the fader, buttons, and panner.

colinf 2017-01-25 20:20 updater ~0019311	After closing and re-opening a session with all VCAs hidden, the VCA button is also hidden in all tracks, even those assigned to a VCA, but showing and then hiding the VCA master re-introduces the misalignment.
