Summary0006157: Audio file metadata "Tags" do not work on Windows
DescriptionIn windows, the "tags" do not appear when you select an audio file. You can type new tags into the dialog, but they will not be re-displayed if you leave the file and re-select it.

I have not investigated whether this is a saving issue, loading issue, display issue, or combination of all 3.

The windows/mingw build doesn't currently require liblrdf which is used in libs/ardour/audio_library.cc to store/retrieve tags.

Confirming this issue still exists in 801a7ea7c4 or nightly build 4.6.383
