how many tracks? whenever the zoom level goes below 2048 frames-per-pixel, we have to read data from the audio files directly. with many tracks, this is slow. we have considered creating multiple peak files at different zoom levels but this has not yet been implemented, and probably will not be implemented for 1.0. |
Is this still an issue? |
yes, its still sort of an issue. |
This issue is covered by the proposed post 3.0 feature of multi resolution peak files. |
