Summary | 0009838: Novation Launchkey MK4 Issues
Description | When trying to use the recent Novation Launchkey MK4 integration, I experience the following issues: - Basically, no "non-standard Midi" functionality works (i.e., arming recording, undo, metronome, track switching, encoders, etc.) - In the CLI log, I see the following error (sometimes multiple times): "protocol Novation Launchkey 4 not found" PS: Is it intended behaviour that Ardour never remembers the control surface state? I.e., that I have to always go to preferences to enable the control surface even when opening existing projects where I enabled them in the past? That seems to be somewhat troublesome.
Steps To Reproduce | Steps to reproduce: 1.) Enable the control surface. The Launchkey MK4 seems to have two different MIDI inputs, I tried both of them when selecting the MIDI inputs. 2.) Try any of the control functions such as the "arm recording" button. 3.) They do not work for me.
