| Summary | 0009291: NSM: ardour only launch succesfull if JACK is running | ||||
| Description | Ardour seems to quit itself when JACK is not running, while under NSM session management. NSM is not dependent on JACK. So I don't think Ardour should check if JACK is running or not when under NSM. It's the responsibility of the user to check this. The particular NSM session manager GUI can help them with it, but not Ardour. Maybe the user wants to use NSM with ALSA or whatever next generation thing. | ||||
