Summary	0008443: Always adds template bus onto the 5th track of the mix, unless there is less than 5 tracks
Description	I created a bus that happened to be on the 5th track of a mix when I made it a template. Now, whenever I add it - regardless of where I specify it to drop in the mixer - it adds it in slot 5. When I try to add it to a group, and collect that group somewhere in the mix, the group collects around that track.
Steps To Reproduce	Create a bus on track 5 Create a template of that bus Open a new project Populate it with tracks Add the bus template to the tracks Watch as no matter where it's selected, it goes to track 5.
