Summary0008378: Add Tool hotkeys to toolbar tootltips
DescriptionThe toolbar button tooltips don't mention tool hotkeys (Grab, Draw, Timestretch, Edit etc...).

I think it's a bit strange that these are missing here.

What do you think?
