Summary | 0007687: Automation lanes created by duplicating a plug-in cannot be selected
Description | If you copy and paste a plug-in that has any automation assigned, Ardour will also copy the automation lanes and data. However - the lanes created this way cannot be selected in the editor - you also can't use the range tool on these lanes, which badly limits their functionality.
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Add a plug-in to a track 2. Add an automation lanes for one of it's parameters and create an automation curve 3. Copy and paste the plug-in on the same track 4. Try to Ctrl-select both automation lanes
Additional Information | I think that sometimes reloading the session solves the problem, but recently I wasn't able to select the copied automation lanes even after that.
