Description | When "time stretching" an audio region in a track less than 100 % (so in fact shortening), I always get a leveler (amplitude inside the waveform when you choose to visualize it) shortening. Not that the curve doesn't CONTRACT proportionnaly to the "stretching" (shortening in that case) but that it CUTS a part of it, proportionnaly to the stretching itself but compared to the FINAL contracted region. E.G. if you chose an amount of 50% the region will be two times shorter as previously, but the curve will itself literally diseapear (nothing appears until the next region) at half the way from the shortened region ITSELF (so that the length of the curve is 50% OF 50% of the initial region length). I had the same problem with OS X 10.6.8 (Now using 10.9.5) |
