Summary | 0007583: Unable to export to vidéo with "copy" option on "Video Codec"
Description | Unable to export to vidéo with "copy" option on "Video Codec"
Steps To Reproduce | 1- Open "Export Video File" window by using "Session" menu 2- No matter what option you choose in another parts of the window, you should take "copy" option in "Video Codec" 3- Click on "export" 4- There is no problem with audio export phase, but when it is finished, nothings happen, and there is no video file in the output.
Additional Information | When I tempt to export my work to a video that I don't want Ardour(by using ffmpeg) to modify, I choose to take the option "copy" for "Video Codec" in the "Export Video File" window. But It's not possible to do this because I opened Ardour in a terminal, and I saw that by default, Ardour sends some video options to ffmpeg, in addition to copy option. So there is some paradox for ffmpeg and it says that : "Filtering and streamcopy cannot be used together" So after no things happen and I cannot export by just copying video. So I'm obliged to choose other option than "copy" to see it working very well. But his is waste of time in my workflow.
