Summary | 0007564: Dropouts when selecting channels during playback with JACK |
---|
Description | JACK is active and the sequencer is running & you select any track in Ardour, by (for example) clicking on it. This would cause some delay between Ardour and all JACK applications (I tested only Hydrogen, but probably all applications connected with JACK could be affected?). And each time you do select a channel, the delay times add up. So you can't just click on a track in the sequencer window and change its name, while playback is running. Because this would make the playback a total mess. |
