| Description | I dont know if it is bug at all but, when I customize my favourite interface look. Then I save it as Tempate. Then after close the program. I create new session with saved Template, there are a few options back, even if I tuned it off before save template. These options are: View/Show Measure Lines View/Show Editor List Transport/Follow Playhead and I have to turn it off everytime i create new session. Is it possible to include this customizations to template? I can save Session as Template but... | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | OK Create New Session... Customize mixer, windows etc etc etc Tick Off View/Show Measure Lines View/Show Editor List Transport/Follow Playhead Save template as lets say "Start" its up to You CLose Ardour Open ardour create new session with template "Start" Everything is ok except Show Measure Lines, Show Editor List, Follow Playhead Sorry for my english... :) | ||||

These are not properties of a session. They are global properties of the application itself. They are all saved in your ardour preferences file (~/.config/ardour5/instant.xml) I also cannot reproduce this behaviour. If I choose "Hide Measure Lines" and "Hide Editor Lists", quit the program, create a new session, the new session has no measure lines and no editor lists visible. |

Thank You for your answer but... I have all these features turned off in ~/.config/ardour5/instant.xml. When I create new session there are no rullers etc etc Then I save TEMPLATE as lets say Temp01. CLose Ardour and then create new session WITH TEMPLATE Temp01. Measures Lines, Editrs Lists and Follow Playhead apear on Ardour. Should I attach a movie file? :) Maybe my english is not good enough :) |
