Summary | 0007399: MIDI bank/program numbers off by one, does not respond to related setting.
Description | I can change this preference: Edit > Preferences > Appearance > Editor > MIDI Regions > Display first MIDI bank/program as 0 ...to shift the numbering system by one. I can add a patch change like so: Grab Mode > MIDI Region > Context Menu > [Region name] > MIDI > Insert Patch Change This brings up a window to configure the Patch Change. The first menu in this window (Patch Bank) does not reflect the aforementioned preference, but instead always starts the numbering from 0. Likewise the context menu that appears when right-clicking the Patch Change in Internal Edit Mode to rechoose a bank/program. As far as I can tell, the aforementioned preference only affects the label that appears when hovering the pointer over the Patch Change in Internal Edit Mode.
