Summary0007139: 'Range Mode' copying the incorrect subset of a midi region
DescriptionCopying a subset of a midi region using the 'Rang Mode' selector tool results in the new, copied region being from the start of the original midi region instead of starting where your subset was meant to copy from. I have attached an image that may help explain.

I can confirm this issue with nightly build version 5.4.456

There is a similar issue with Duplicate Range
