Summary	0007047: Can't begin selection drag in VCA lane of editor window
Description	Drags beginning inside a lane corresponding to a VCA in the editor window are ignored, even if they subsequently extend over regions. I'd expect them to select the regions in that case. Incidentally, drags which begin outside any region, but within a track or bus, do select regions even if the drag extends across a VCA.
