Summary | 0007024: Horizontal drag movement threshold is specified in audio frames instead of pixels.
Description | This means that the drag movement threshold really only works when zoomed right in. For instance the Region movement drag threshold is 4 frames. So this is 4 pixels at 1 frame per pixel, 2 pixels at 2 frames per pixels etc, so only noticeable at the 2 lowest zoom levels. I'm not sure if this was what was intended, it seems to me that having a consistent drag threshold at all zoom levels is far more useful and predictable. For this to happen the horizontal drag threshold should be pixel based rather than frame based. I have a patch to implement this but thought it could use some discussion first in case there is a good reason for the current behaviour.
