Making the track active, the meter goes back to its normal position.

| Steps To Reproduce | In the Editor Window:
-Create new session
-Add a midi track
-Set it inactive (uncheck "Active" in the context menu for this track)
-Select "Master" route
-Save session && Quit Ardour
-Load session
-Select the midi track
