Summary0006641: Boolean automation does not work correctly when overwriting previous moves
DescriptionScreen shots are from Mixbus but behavior is the same in Ardour 4.2-667-g8d46cc9

If you write automation on a Boolean control (mute) and then go back and try to overwrite it with new moves, the previous moves will not be replaced.

Steps To Reproducemutewrite1.png - Shows the state after writing a fader move and hitting stop
mutewrite2.png - Shows the state after writing some mute changes and hitting stop
mutewrite3.png - Ready to write a new set of data. Note that both controls are in write mode.
mutewrite4.png - After rolling and stopping with out making any changes on the controls. Note that the fader data was correctly overwritten but the mute data was not.

If you try to make changes while overwriting old data you get some new automation points but they are not correct.

In touch mode, is this not the expected behaviour?
Write mode should overwrite existing automation afaict.

Sorry for the noise - is now see the problem.
It may be that we need an automation watch (or something like it) for boolean controls.
