Summary | 0006570: When changing region layers of a region under the playhead, the new layer does not immediately start playing.
Description | To recreate: Create 2 regions with same start time and length, but with different sounds; both regions are on the same track, therefore one is layered above the other. Start the playhead so you hear the topmost region. Now switch layers so the lower region moves to top. You will continue to hear the previous region until the diskstream is updated; in practice this means you have to stop and restart the transport to hear the change.

I can reproduce this bug with 4.2 but not with Nightly build 4.2.414 so it looks like it was fixed at some point. Can you please confirm. |
