Summary0006522: internal IO names may conflict with session route names
DescriptionImporting a file "Click.wav" results in undefined behavior (conflict with metronome I/O)

Add a Track or Bus "Monitor" before adding a monitoring section to the session causes an assert/crash when the monitor section is added

likely various other non-route I/O elements (Auditioner, MTC in/out LTC in/out, mackie, control,..) are affected likewise.
