Summary	0005728: Ability to anchor region when stretching
Description	For now, you can only stretch a region in one direction; to the right. The region will be stretched from the starting point. I want to be able to anchor the fix point of the region somewhere else, for example in the middle, and the region will then be stretched proportionally on both sides of the fix point. This would be very useful for tempo syncing a specific part of a region, but you want the whole region to be stretched. I've countered this problem many times when the tempo is not clearly distinguishable throughout the whole audio clip.
