Summary | 0005651: Ardour3 installer fail to create persistent menu launcher in debian sid
Description | If running ardours ./install as a regular user that is not a member of sudo group everything seems to be fine. the installer falls back to su and does what it should (almost) After a while (or after a logut/login or reboot) the ardour3 launcher object is vanished from the menu. It is still possible to run Ardour3 from terminal. If I add myself to sudo group and install, everything works as expected.
Additional Information | Debian 7.1 64bit stock ubuntu upgraded to unstable (sid) Everything else installed from debian repo except Ardour 3.3.1 that is from official ardour.org
