Summary | 0005626: Editor Window on another Workspace as Mixer View moves itself to the mixer workspace when using plugins
Description | Silly workspaces behaviour on Gnome 3 and Unity, but no problems on Gnome 3 Safe mode ( aka Gnome 2 ?). I put the Editor screen on Workspace 1. The Mixer View on the one below: Workspace 2. If I doubleclick on a plugin - LADSPA: any SWH plugin, or a LV2 from Calf, for example- it opens on the Editor View, and... the editor moves itself to the mixer Workspace #2. If I doubleclick on an LV2 plugin of LinuxDSP, the plugin opens on top of the mixer, as expected, and Mixer and Editor just stay put on their assigned Workspaces.
Additional Information | All other programs ( for example QJackctl, browser, file browser etc) stay put on the workspaces. Thus it's only Ardour playing games with the GUI. It only occurs from Ardour 3.2 onwards; Ardour 3.1.10 "behaves" perfectly in this respect. I use the AMD64 version precompiled version. System:AMD64 X2 4600, 4G RAM, NVIDIA Closed drivers , Ubuntu 12.04
