Summary	0005410: Move editor list to the left of the canvas and add a new tab (default) for the editor mixer
Description	Move the editor list to the left, and add a new tab for the channel mixer which appears as the "top" tab by default. The editor list has the potential to be a valuable "management center" in which more information and options can be located. Why have the editor mixer in one spot, and the editor list in another? Visually, the user can glance at one spot, rather than ranging across the screen at two, and with the editor list on the left can cement more of a direct visual association with the selected track header. This will also improve canvas screen acreage. Make the tabs bindable, and the workflow will become even more efficient, imho.
