Summary | 0005080: Create option to sort by name but ignore numbers
Description | It would be kind of nice to be able to sort the region list with an option to disregard numbers prefixing the region. So, for example: 1_Bugs_at_Night 2_Anteaters 3_ChirpingBirds 4_Aardvarks would be sorted as 4_Aardvarks 2_Anteaters 1_Bugs_at_Night 3_ChirpingBirds
Additional Information | This might seem like an odd request, but I thought I'd throw it in since Ardour has Freesound file pulling built-in, which is something I use frequently lately. Since all freesound files a prefixed by an ID number, it can be a bit tricky when you have a lot of them to find the correct sounds in your region list, since they are sorted by number when you do sort by name. This way, it would arrange them by name, which in most cases would be more helpful. Of course, the user could also just create a macro action to remove these number prefixes, but then of course you lose some of the identifying file info for your proper crediting to those whose sound you used.
