Summary0004204: midi track naming when importing .mid files
DescriptionWhen importing an external .mid file that includes multiple tracks, ardour just names the tracks FILENAME-c[0-9]*.

It'd be nice [to have the option] to automagically name them according to the "Meta:TrkName" from the midi-file or even the GM-instrument used e.g. Piano, Guitar, Drums, etc.

(compare to rosegarden or qtractor, who do that).

i think using the Meta:TrkName should definitely be the default.
