| Description | I have no playback audio most of the time. Every once in a while I'm able to get playback with a wave sound added to new project. Upon doing any type of change or work to it (ex. selecting a section and reversing it) I lose all playback audio. This happens every time for me. | ||||
| Additional Information | Tried the #ardour IRC channel and was unable to find any help that could resolve issue or point to what could be causing this. | ||||

Are you using Linux or OS X? What sound card are you using? Are you starting JACK yourself or letting Ardour do it? |

I'm running Ubuntu Studio (Linux) I have an ASUS M4A78T-E mobo with VIA VT1708S onboard audio As far as JACK, I'm new to Ardour and don't do anything myself with JACK (not exactly sure what it is) so I assume Ardour is starting it. |
