Summary | 0002723: Playhead momentarily jumps back as if "auto return" is on
Description | Even when "auto return" is not engaged, the playhead will jump quickly to the last "play" point when you press "Stop", then jump back to the point where you hit "Stop". This is not a big issue by itself, but there is also a tendency, when you are zoomed in very close, for the canvas to get left looking at the "start" point instead of the "stop" point. It can confuse the user if both "follow playhead" is on, and "auto return" is off, but both of these settings seem to be invalid. How to recreate: press "play", noting the timeline location that playback starts. press "stop". the playhead will quickly locate back to the play point before returning to the point where you stopped. This bug is 100% repeatable on my Linux box, and only 25% repeatable on OSX. On OSX it happens most when you play for a short distance.
