Summary | 0002405: Option to preserve playlists by default on cleanup unused sources | ||||
Description | Using 'cleanup unused sources' on projects where you used playlists to do multiple takes of one or more instruments can get very annoying, because of being asked by a dialog for everey currently unused playlist if one wants to keep it or not - especially if one wants to keep most of them. ;) So a simple option in the options menu would be very helpful to tell ardour to keep playlists by default on cleanup. It would still be possible to get rid of takes/playlists and clean the sources that one really doesn't want by using 'clear current' from the track headers playlist menu before the actual cleanup, so this should cause no further problems.
