| Description | 1) I found the cause of the tranzport issue with udev. http://ardour.org/node/274 is apparently storing the " symbol in unicode (or something, it looks italics) so a copy/paste of that line into a udev rules file results in something that can't be parsed by udev. The following is apparently correct for FC6. (assuming gmail doesn't munge my "s either) # Frontier Designs Tranzport SUBSYSTEM=="usb_device", ACTION=="add", SYSFS{idVendor}=="165b", SYSFS{idProduct }=="8101", MODE=="0666" To me it would make sense to have a mode of "0066" and a GROUP of audio, but there is no std audio group on FC6. Your documentation regarding hotplug is also out of date. | ||||
