| Description | A feature that allows me to export a list of the markers within a session as text would be very nice. This export should contain name of the marker and position of the marker. What is it good for: We record in our rehearsal room using a fostex multitracker. Mixing is done at home with ardour on a PC. Using the exported marker list I could locate quickly to the right songs in our rehearsal room. | ||||

A CUE file shoudl do just about what you need and is able to be exported either with or without the audio of the session in any recent version of Ardour(2.8 or newer in particular). To give an example of its output form a session with two ranges defined, "Unnamed 1" and "Unnamed 2"... You can easily create ranges between markers by right clicking on the marker and clicking "Create Range to next marker" |
