Summary | 0008735: Track disk audio delayed after toggling "In" monitoring during loop playback
Description | During loop playback, toggling input monitoring (the "In" button on a track) On and then Off will cause the track's disk audio to be delayed. This delay is compounding; the more "in" button toggles that are performed, the more the disk audio will be delayed. This occurs only during loop playback. This does not occur during regular playback. Also, the delay will remain only during the loop playback and will immediately go away once the loop playback is stopped.
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Have a session with at least one audio track with audio already recorded to disk on that track 2. Create a loop range 3. Start loop playback (by pressing the lowercase "L" keyboard shortcut by default) and leave it playing for the duration of this bug reproduction 4. On the track, monitor the input by pressing the "In" monitoring button On (highlighted yellow) and then Off (no longer highlighted yellow). Do this repeatedly. 5. With the Input monitoring toggled off, observe that the disk audio is now severely delayed during playback
