Do you use KDE as a desktop environment? |
KDE yes. |
KDE frequently fails to follow Freedesktop.org guidelines on window management. There are some settings in Edit > Preferences > Appearance > Quirks which might help with this issue, notably "All floating windows are dialogs" We don't consider this to be an Ardour bug. It works correctly in almost all non-KDE window managers (and the ones it is broken in also do not follow Freedesktop.org guidelines) |
> Freedesktop.org guidelines on window management Never knew there was such a thing. So I learned something new, cool! I don't suppose you know of a site somewhere that lists different DE's compliance? |
